The only thing that's hold people back from the results they want is their own MIND. So right now, at this very moment let overcome the illusions of the mind and take the

Here is where I started. After I have my first born I had no idea how I was gonna get rid of that extra belly fat and extra weight even after my child was two years old! Someone took me by the hand and got me start with 5 simple steps to easy weight loss. I'm gonna share them with you today. I'm not gonna beat around to bush with you either! Lets get right to the steps!
1. Drink it up! Keep one 16oz room temperature bottle of water on your night stand. Drink it as soon as you wake up! Even before you brush your teeth and before you eat. This will clean the digestive system of any toxins and help with an early morning BM!
2. Don't eat a meal 2 hours before bedtime! Let your body burn the calories for earlier that day and not keep it busy trying to burn off what you just put in. It will store the food from the say as FAT!
3. If its green its lean! Always balance every meal with a fist full of veggies or fruit! You will me amazed with how much weight a person can lose with just balancing their plate!
4. Just 10! You wont believe it, but you really don't have to do an hour workout to see really results. Commit just 10 minutes every morning to some type of cardio! This will also get though your day with ease!
5. Don't stuff you face! If you only eat enough to satify your hunger then your on a ball!
You dont have to feel sick and uncomforable full to enjoy your meal. Just eat enought to fulfill your hunger!
